Striped Pillow / Tassel Pillow / Throw / Horse Doll / Ballerina Doll / Rug Nightstand / Lamp / Clock / Light Fixture / Bed / Dot Wall Decals This one is overall geared a bit more for a younger girl, but again with a few tweaks could easily be used for an older girl too! By swapping the bed for something like this or this and changing out the unicorn lamp for something a bit more sophisticated and removing the dolls it could definitely work for a tween or teen who loves pink too! And using dot wall decals like these ones is a more budget friendly alternative to wallpaper! Rug ( and here) / Mirror / Dresser / Lamp / Two-Toned Basket / Tassel Basket Lumbar Pillow / Bunny Dolls / Light Fixture / Bean Bag Chair / Little Women BookĬork Board / Rainbow Lamp / Eyelashes Art / Desk / Desk Chair / Pom Pom Pillow Horse Print / Pineapple Lamp / Nightstand / Bed ( and here) / Black Pom Pom Pillows It also would look pretty with solid white (or a soft cream) or solid black walls. I think this would look pretty with white board and batten on the lower 2/3 of the room and then black paint on the top third or vice versa. By doing a fun pattern on the rug though and skipping wallpaper that immediately helps keep this look at a lower price point. The rug I chose for this one gives the room a more playful feel, but you could easily swap it out for this one from yesterday’s mood boards and remove the bunnies and it would instantly give the room a more grown up feeling for a teenager. I think this one is my favorite in today’s post. Some of the items I was able to find for REALLY great prices (like a $40 mirror and a bed that is under $200!) whereas some items are better prices than some of the furniture pieces yesterday but still aren’t “cheap”, if that makes sense.įirst up, we have a black and white themed room. In these ones today I tried to find the best deals I could to get the overall feel I was going for. Yesterday’s boards were purely chosen with items that I was drawn to aesthetically and I didn’t factor in a price point. There are so many creative ways to get the look you want by finding good deals at thrift shops, or on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, yard sales, etc. Obviously, everyone’s opinion of good deal and price point is different so keep in mind, just like yesterday, these are really just for inspiration and can be used just sort of as a starting off point. Good morning! Yesterday I shared a bunch of mood boards for some girls rooms and today I am back to share three budget friendly options.
